Only two layers!? You are brave (and talented)! This is a really solid portrait, and you do a great job with saturation and coloring. The work on the cheeks and forehead are especially impressive to me, where you make some really nice shapes and forms happen. The heterochromia was a fun character choice, and I think you really succeeded in making the eyes different enough without making the eyes feel disconnected. Finally, excellent choice of background fill, the sparkles really feel like they are rising up from the character, giving her a magical feel.
